"It is hereby brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Central Depository/Settlement Bank (DC/BR) that, as part of the ongoing capital increase, the subscription period has been extended by decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting on April 24, 2024," states a communiqué from the General Management of DC/BR.
The purpose of this extension is to accommodate shareholders who were unable to participate in the initial phase of the operation, thereby setting the new closing date to June 30, 2024, the statement adds.
